During this time shortlisted teams will be selected and notified for the final round of judging.
3-9 November, 2020
Shortlisted teams will be asked to share their video via social networks, and encourage public voting to support their ideas. At the same time, our global panel of experts judges will review the shortlisted pitch videos and record their scores.
Results from the public voting (10%) + expert judging (90%) will determine the finalists.
11-15 November, 2020
10 finalist teams will be notified and mentored in the lead up to the TiA Impact Summit.
16 November, 2020
10 finalist teams will be announced and globally celebrated.
18-19 November, 2020
TiA will culminate in a two-day, online, global impact summit showcasing finalist teams, hearing from inspiring speakers, partners and keynote addresses, and workshops focused on social entrepreneurship and the Global Goals.
More details on the Impact Summit will be announced closer to the launch of Together in Action.
The Impact Summit will include two key experiences, an invitation-only event (open to Together In Action finalists, impact investors, NGOs and partners), and a public event. Both are online events and global in their nature.
10 of the world’s top young innovative teams will receive an exclusive opportunity to attend a live, invitation-only event, on 18 November, 2020. During the event they will pitch their ideas to our strategic partners and investors. Information about timing and the agenda will be delivered directly to finalists closer to the event.
All registrations receive the opportunity to participate in the live, public Impact Summit on 19 November, 2020. Our strategic partners are hosting a variety of public-facing workshops during the event.
All shortlisted teams will be included in Together In Action’s Innovations Platform, where the best social entrepreneurial talent from across the globe will be connected with the investors, organisations and resources that they need to grow and create impact.

The 10 finalist teams from Together In Action will be invited to join EarthTech Ventures “Impact Engine” – a 2 year scale and impact support program for social enterprises with a focus on achieving the Global Goals, starting with a 12-week intensive bootcamp process.
The Impact Engine provides a core team of experts, management of contractors and pro bono contributors to deliver methodologies, impact measuring, tech, branding, go to market strategy as well as access to funding and investment. It enables founders to focus on their ‘secret sauce’ to minimise growth friction and scale quickly.
